In Home Media’s managing agents’ portal allows you to replace traditional paper-based communications with a digital noticeboard. Designed for ease of use, and supported by comprehensive start-up and refresher training, the user can manage communications to all their properties, and to specific locations within them. This includes being able to easily upload content for immediate display on their noticeboards as well as control the duration and daily timings of campaigns. Different levels of authority for access can also be provided.
The portal is available for use on a monthly license fee basis per screen. Managing agents can either pay for individual buildings or access a group rate across all properties under management - to allow all their residents to benefit from the service, regardless of the number of apartments within each building and the number of screens.
