At its heart IHM’s service is about bringing a building’s community closer together. Our in-house teams can manage your communications on your behalf, loading content, setting the duration of campaigns or sorting out and implementing broadcast times. 

We are also more than happy to advise on messaging and content strategy. This might relate to community events, building-management notices or even places of interest in the local area. Content is displayed dynamically in a fixed place, so unlike emails, paper communications or social media posts, it benefits from a consistent 24/7, 365-days-a-year presence within the building.

Our dedicated graphic design service can produce engaging and relevant content designed for maximum impact and retention by your residents.  These can include bespoke designs for notices as well as smart, branded design templates that you can populate yourself.

If you plan to produce your own digital notices, we can provide advice on their creation to help improve the communications experience for all parties involved.
