Owen Thomas

Founder

Owen is a media and technology entrepreneur with a passion for digital innovation in the property industry. Having set up his first digital agency for housing sector clients in 2006, he has since launched the UK’s first dedicated property portal for first-time buyers and a SaaS product for affordable home ownership providers.  With additional investment experience for a fibre optic ISP, Owen now shapes the overall business strategy for In Home Media, whilst staying close to the tech development, media and partnership opportunities.

Stephen Gale

CEO

Stephen has a wealth of commercial experience, primarily across the Media and Advertising sector, where he has worked in senior positions at both agencies and media owners. His main focus over recent years has been on developing and launching Digital Out-of-Home media propositions. Stephen was a Founding Partner at Executive Channel Network and worked with Landlord partners and Managing Agents in rolling out a digital screen network across office buildings. Stephen works across all areas of the IHM business, with a specific focus on strategic development and commercial partnerships.

Dave Evans

Marketing Director

With almost 30 years’ experience in residential property,  Dave’s career includes senior sales and marketing roles within leading Housing Providers, full-service creative & digital agencies and wide-ranging B2B and B2C marketing consultancy.  In addition to driving the business’s marketing and communications strategy, Dave oversees IHM’s PropTech development and content services for managing agents.

Jane Simonova

Network and Operations Manager

Jane has experience within the Out-of-Home Advertising sector in investment and trading, and was focusing on keeping good relationships with stakeholders internally and externally, working with inventory, ad-hoc reports, data analysis and forecasts. In IHM Jane covers CMS, inventory data, relationship with Managing Agents and key stakeholders.

Lauren Young

Customer Success Manager

Lauren has a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional customer service. With a background in the fast paced world of estate agency, Lauren honed her skills in communication, problem-solving and client satisfaction. For In Home Media, Lauren manages communications with Managing Agents and other stakeholders.
